More antioxidants than coffee?

You may already know that coffee is actually a pretty good source of antioxidants. But did you know that coffee producers routinely throw out one of the MOST nutritious parts of the coffee bean?

I thought it was interesting to note that conventional roasting of coffee destroys some of the important nutrients such as mannans and aribinogalactans.

Personally, I only drink coffee once or twice a week, because I don't want to become addicted to the caffeine (instead I choose various teas which have much lower caffeine content), so this is actually how I choose to benefit from some of the most potent antioxidants in coffee (even more antioxidants than several cups of coffee) without getting overdosed on caffeine.
