A link between sunscreens and belly fat -- bad news

As you've probably noticed, I've run a series of articles in this newsletter about various places that you are being exposed to dangerous chemicals that can negatively affect your hormones... whether it's xenoestrogens in foods, cosmetics, lotions, or environmental chemicals...

But this one is a bit more sinister and not many people understand the risks with excessive use of chemical sunscreens.  Read below to discover the shocking truth:

A link between sunscreens and belly fat  (and the solution)

If you're a man in today's world, it's almost impossible to avoid the bombardment of xenoestrogens (from pesticides/herbicides in our food supply, plastic containers with BPA, the water supply, environmental toxins, canned food linings, lotions and self care products).

On top of that, we also have a major issue with excess exposure to phytoestrogens because of the deceptive mass marketing of soy as a health food in the last decade.

This entire issue of both xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens has caused a feminization of men on a grand scale, where Testosterone levels in men have been decreasing steadily over the past few decades, and estrogen levels have been increasing in men.

Not good!  This can cause a LOT of problems for men, not only in the bedroom, but with increased rates of gynecomastia (male breast enlargement), reduced fertility, reduced muscle, and excess body fat.

I've been really excited about this new product that my buds at Prograde have just come out with... read below to see the 6 unusual herbs that have been proven to help boost T levels and create a more favorable T to estrogen ratio in men:

6 unusual herbal substances that boost T levels and fight estrogenic exposure
Read the whole page and you'll see that there are legitimate studies to back up the power of these 6 ingredients in helping you to "get your mojo back", increase muscle, reduce body fat, and all of the other benefits with boosting T levels and creating a better T:E ratio in men.

Aside from the 6 nutrients talked about in the page above, here are some other tips to help fight against xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens that you may be exposed to, and help maximize your T levels and T:E ratio...

1.  Make sure to eat a lot of this specific class of veggies that helps to fight against xenoestrogens.

2.  Drinking a few cups of green tea each day can help fight xenoestrogens, and also a cup of chamomile tea each night can help fight the effects of xenoestrogens.

3.  Don't carry your cell phone in your pants pocket, as the EM radiation is shown to decrease T levels in men, along with risks of testicular cancer, reduced fertility, etc.

4.  Avoid chemicals such as BPA in certain plastics and canned food linings, as these are strong xenoestrogens.

5.  Eat organic food as often as possible to avoid the xenoestrogens from pesticide and herbicide residues.

6.  Train with heavy weights on big exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, weighted pullups, etc as these exercises with heavy weights can help to boost your T levels.

7.  Make sure to incorporate these 2 exercise "tricks" to boost Testosterone levels and Growth Hormone naturally.
