Great points from Dr K in that article!  I'm always amazed at how many people I see at the gym pumping away for hundreds of situps and crunches thinking that their stomach fat is "melting" away or something like that... but they're just wasting time in reality... time that could be better spent on exercises that actually trigger a metabolic change, like squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc.
